Today was the ENGL 112 exam. I hated all the question optios, though I managed to scrounge up something intelligent for two out of the three we were meant to answer, and something half-intelligent for the last. But at least it's over and I am free ( Read more... ) -

Totally failed at giving a shit about most of my lectures today: Film lecturer went over the joys of writing based on actors' improvisation and method acting (thanks but we're never going to get to do that for our assignments so what the hell), English I'm sure would have been helpful if I'd actually read the short stories but I hadn't and don't ( Read more... ) -

So despite the whole feeling slightly behind thing, I'm starting to feel settled in at uni. (Even though tuts only started this week.) Particularly in my major departments: I'm a lot more comfortable going and hanging out and, amazingly, actually getting work done in the green room now than I was last semester; I'm also a lot more comfortable there ( Read more... ) -

- AC adaptor on my laptop finally gave out. Using one of Dad's old laptops while I wait for my new adaptor to arrive (bet it takes longer because of Labor Day, sigh), on which the monitor is somewhat busted: There are one pixelwide neon lines running down the screen at random intervals. The student office is about as useful as a soup sandwich and teachers tend to overestimate this, as I found today when I tried to track down Ms. Watson like she'd told me. x_x And of course it was the student office lady who doesn't recognize me by sight and so she thought I was Year 10. :| I was offended.

Page 5 and I've already managed to screw up canon! I mean, I was already considering the whole mass crossover thing, but I really did think Terriermon could digivolve into Turuiemon. It turns out it's a Lopmon evolution. Joooookes. Oh well, he does now! What can I say, Jenrya's special needs.
